Stretch & Flex
Start by ensuring you are wearing the correct clothing. Next make sure you have enough space so you wont hurt yourself, anyone else or break something. Always make sure you have done a through warm up & you body is ready to limber. Stretching should never hurt. It maybe slightly uncomfortable, that is normal. But no pain.
